Producer Generation is the youth program for 180 Degrees. It was originally the idea of three young men who have gone through a paradigm shift. Their goal was to create a program that would help other teenagers realize their own potential for success and empower them with correct principles. Each of the founding members has found great success already and attribute that success to their understanding and implementation of these principles within their lives.

The Producer Generation is greatly enhanced by a strong affiliation with 180 Degrees and shares the same ultimate goal of exploring the "Soul Purpose" of its members.
